Terms & Disclaimers
First-Come, First-Served: All sponsorship slots are reserved in the order payment and signed agreement are received. Availability is subject to change without notice.
Shared Visibility: Your advertisement may appear alongside ads from other sponsors. We maintain balance to ensure a clean, professional presentation.
Creative Control: Apex Championship Entertainment retains final approval over all sponsor messaging, designs, and in-show integrations.
Asset Deadlines: All creative assets must be submitted at least 12 days prior to the PLE date.
Non-Refundable Commitment: Once confirmed, fees are non-refundable. If a PLE is postponed or canceled, credit toward a future event will be issued.
Liability & Compliance: Sponsors are responsible for ensuring their content complies with legal and platform regulations.
Seasonal Cycle: Each sponsorship run applies to a single APEX-hosted PLE.
