First-Come, First-Served: All sponsorship slots are reserved in the order payment and signed agreement are received. Availability is subject to change without notice.
Shared Visibility: Your advertisement may appear alongside ads from other sponsors. We maintain balance to ensure a clean, professional presentation.
Creative Control: Apex Championship Entertainment retains final approval over all sponsor messaging, designs, and in-show integrations. We will work with you to meet brand guidelines, but we do not alter our show format to accommodate external creative requests.
Asset Deadlines: To guarantee production and placement, all creative assets (logos, video spots, copy) must be submitted at least 12 days prior to the PLE date.
Non-Refundable Commitment: Once a sponsorship package is confirmed, fees are non-refundable. Should a PLE be postponed or canceled, credit toward a future Apex-hosted event will be issued.
Liability & Compliance: Sponsors are responsible for ensuring their content complies with legal and platform regulations. Apex Championship Entertainment is not liable for sponsor-provided materials or claims.
Seasonal Cycle: Each sponsorship run applies to a single APEX-hosted PLE. A new sponsorship cycle begins with each event.
